14-Day Return Window (U.S. Customers)
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached and proof of purchase included.

How to return:

  1. Email us at support@gibbocart.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label (in most U.S. cases) and instructions on how and where to ship your package.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of refund approval. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items, gift cards, and certain personal care items (beauty, hygiene) cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the item you have for a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.

Note for international orders (outside U.S.):
For orders shipping outside the U.S., you still have the right to return within 14 days where applicable, but you may be responsible for return shipping fees, customs and duties.
